To Faux, or Not to Faux – In this class we will learn how to make faux meat from real ingredients (not processed) from scratch!

Vegan Breakfast/Brunch – Stumped about what to eat for breakfast every day?  Not sure what dish to bring to that family brunch or potluck?  This class is for you.  We will make a Southwest Tofu Scramble that will have everyone at your gathering asking for more. We will make pancakes and waffles and learn tips and tricks to make everything ahead.

Vegan Salads and Sanwiches – Learn easy, healthy grain salads and sandwiches that will make easy dinners or even lunches for the week!

Vegan Baking 101 – Learn some tips to veganize favorite family baked goods and learn some new amazing vegan dessert recipes that will amazing your friends, co-workers and family!

Smoothies and Bowls – Breakfasts, workday lunch meal prep, we will learn how to plan to eat healthy every day of the week!

Unlocking the Mysteries of Tofu – The days of being afraid (and throwing away package after package of tofu will be no more after this informative class.  You will be a tofu lover and expert when we are done!
